Matthew is involved in the evaluation and execution of potential opportunities and monitoring of portfolio company investments. 

Prior to joining Fulcrum in 2023, Matthew spent three and a half years in Private Equity at separate growth-oriented buyout funds, where he assisted in analyzing and strategizing with potential and existing portfolio companies across the healthcare and business services sectors. Previously, he spent two years in the Investment Banking division at a global investment bank, providing a variety of private placement and M&A advisory services. 

Matthew graduated from the Ivey Business School at Western University with an Honors Business Administration degree with Distinction.
