Our investment parameters and style have remained largely unchanged for close to two decades, providing us important insights into the needs, structures, channels and strategies of the lower-middle market companies in which we invest.

We invest in manufacturing, services, distribution and logistics, consumer products and a number of other industries. The companies we invest in typically have enterprise values ranging from $40 million to $150 million. 

We have raised and invested over $900 million in 50 platform companies. Our investments cover the Canadian geography and span a diverse range of industries.

We are currently investing out of our sixth private equity fund, which has just completed a first close.
