Fulcrum Capital Partners Invests in GlassMasters Autoglass
Fulcrum Capital Partners (“Fulcrum”), a leading Canadian private equity firm focused on the mid-market, is pleased to announce its investment in GlassMasters Autoglass (“GlassMasters” or the “Company”).
Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, GlassMasters is a leading Western Canadian autoglass platform providing windshield repair, replacement, and ADAS calibration services, supported by an integrated wholesale division. The Company serves both retail and commercial customers through in-shop and mobile service across its multi-location footprint spanning four provinces.
