Fulcrum Capital Partners Invests in S. Boudrias Horticole Inc.

Fulcrum Capital Partners (“Fulcrum”) is pleased to announce its growth investment in S. Boudrias Horticole Inc. (“Boudrias”). Boudrias marks the second investment in Fulcrum’s Private Equity Fund VI and was made alongside management and co-investors.

Boudrias is a vertically integrated supplier of gardening and decorative soil products to blue chip Canadian home improvement retailers. Boudrias has continually grown its suite of products and its management team is well-positioned to execute on further expansion opportunities.
