Paul is involved in all aspects of Fulcrum's investments, including originating, executing, and managing investments, and brings to Fulcrum operational insight gained through his previous experience as a management consultant. Paul provides leadership to Fulcrum’s operations, fundraising efforts, and select fund advisory boards.

Prior to joining Fulcrum in 2003, Paul worked as a management consultant at a boutique consulting firm. He earned his MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, after receiving his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph. He also completed the ICD Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Board Effectiveness program. 

Outside of Fulcrum, Paul sits on the Wellspring Cancer Support Network board and chairs the finance sub-committee. He has participated in the Wellspring cycling ride from Toronto to Austin in 2013 and from Toronto to Las Vegas in 2018.  

Paul joined the Toronto office in 2003.
